Biomechanics and motor development has been the basis of Kyrah's clinical work for 10 years.
The science of movement and being able to
understand how the body not only adapts to sport, but also alters movement in periods of injury, allows Kyrah to assess patients, understand the movement or lack thereof and then manage the problem effectively.
Being an athlete herself, she is able to support her patients in their endeavours while also understanding the frustration of pain and the limitations it creates with day to day life.
Kyrah is an associate member of the CSP.
